In this visit the client will meet with physician to determine if client is a candidate for Semaglutide 6-Month program. This consultation is NON-REFUNDABLE Please refer back to "Treatment Program " for more information.

Cancellation Policy

I agree to the $75 Consultation Fee that is NON-Refundable/Transferable. If need to cancel/ reschedule a new deposit is needed. Aikana Esthetic Center does not work with Insurance in our practice - All payments and Costs are out of pocket.
